We are excited to celebrate Our first birthday!!!
Well, it’s been a whole year for The Vision Gallery located on Rabbit Hill road. It has been a year filled with excitement and some chaos. We opened our doors with a few simple goals and we’ve tried our best to achieve them. Dr. John Pucylo and Dr. Mike Joljart had the vision of a practice which would provide comprehensive eye care with the latest technologies. We think that has been a success and the technology has been working great! Another goal was to provide a huge selection of high quality frames and lenses. Not only do we want to provide our patients and clients with quality products, but we want those products to last and function at the highest level. However, it wouldn’t matter how good the products are without a great staff to make sure they are properly selected, fit and dispensed. Our manager and lead optician, Stephanie, has made this a priority and an achievement. Our optician, Jessica, has also been a indispensable addition to our team. Their team work has made the customer experience second to none. This high level of customer service, both in the dispensary and on the exam side, has remained our focus. Not only do we want people to be greeted with a smile, but we want them to leave with one as well. And anytime, our patients come back, we want them to feel welcome and looked after no matter the issue.
Our second year will be a continuation of the first with respect to our goals. Service and selection will remain our first priority. Eye exams will continue to be of the highest level we can provide. We will strive to improve on everything and make sure that our patients will want to tell their friends that The Vision Gallery is where they should go for eye exams and glasses.
Not to be forgotten, The Vision Gallery in Beaumont also had a great first year with a few changes along the way. However, in the end we have been lucky enough to find a great team to help you with your eye care needs. Our lead optician and manager, Jeanine, has been the perfect addition to our office. We hear nothing but compliments about how great she is with every single patient. Along side her is Tammy, our optician in training, who has also impressed many a patient. And last but not least, Michele, our administrative genius has been the backbone of our insurance/scheduling/AHC/recall machine which is always a wild animal that needs to be tamed.
Drs. Pucylo and Joljart have been practicing for about 13 years now and they’ve seen a lot. The goal of patient care is always number one. The staff in Edmonton and Beaumont are the best they’ve ever seen and the future is bright. We will continue to treat our customers and patients with respect and honesty, and thanks to everyone who has helped us and has made the first year a success.
